How to access the response screen & chat with Leads
Login to your account: https://connectionsphere.com/login
2. Go to the Responses screen
3. You will see this page for responses
4. You can filter by Pipelines clicking on the drop-down under the word "Pipeline" and "Folder".
5. Now Click on "Select"
6. In the response section you will see the unread messages highlighted "as blue", so you can easily access the unread messages!
7. Now Click on "chat box to enter the conversation with the lead "
