How to delete a message that you already sent!

You can still remove a message even it is sent as long as it is pending to be sent!

1. Please read the article What is the difference between "Send" and "Send & Transfer"

2. Click on the Delete button to delete a message which was sent in error to stop it from been sent to the lead!
