Managing lead information: add record, remove record, mark record as verified

  1. Go to Responses screen. Read this article on How to access the responses screen

2. Open a conversation, for this read this article on How to find the templates

3. If lead has provided his contact information i.e. Email address or phone number, you can add it in Contact Information.


4. After Entering the information, click on "+" Icon

5. If contact information is already appended and lead provided the same information, we can mark them as verified by click on check icon.

6. If the check sign is green already, that means the information is verified.
